What is Rydes?
Rydes helps school families discover each other. You can see other families from your school on a map, message them in the app, and keep your whole family (parents and children) in one place.
How does school verification work?
When you add a child, you verify their enrollment at their school. Only families with a verified child can find and be found by other families from that school.
Who can see my location?
Only other verified families, and only an approximate location. Your exact address is never shown.
Who can see my email or phone number?
No one. Your contact information stays private. Other families reach you through messages in Rydes.
How do I add another parent to my family?
Send them an invite from your family in the app. When they open the invite link, they can join your family after installing Rydes and signing in.
My invite link isn't working
Invites expire and can only be used once. Make sure Rydes is installed, then tap the link again. If it still doesn't work, ask the person who invited you to send a new invite.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] and ask us to delete your account.
